Sahibzada Ajit Singh: Guru Gobind Singh had four sons. The eldest one was Sahibzada Ajit Singh. He was born on January 26,1687 AD. at Paonta. He took birth at that time when the Guru became victorious in the battle Bhangani. To commemorate this victory, he was named Ajit Singh. He was a youth of considerable physical power and prowess. He took part in all the battles fought at Anandpur. He fought valiantly in the battle of Chamkaur. He met his temporal while fighting on December 21, 1704 A.D.
Sahibzada Jujhar Singh: He was born on March 14,1691 AD. He was as brave as his eldest brother Sahibzada Ajit Singh and was adept in the art of warfare. When Sahibzada Ajit Singh met his temporal end during the battle at Chamkaur he sought permission from the Guru to take part in the battle. The Guru patted him on the base and sent him to the field. Thus Sahibzada Jujhar Singh, a lad of 14 years, fighting against the enemy, valiantly fell on the battlefield.
Sahibzada Zorawar Singh: He was born on November 17,1698. Due to the fact that he was brought up in the military environment he also learnt how to use the weapons. When Guru Gobind singh evacuated the fort of Anandpur believing the false oaths of the Muslims they attacked him from behind. After the battle on the bank of river Sirsa, Mata Gujari and two younger sons were separated from the family and they met their old servant a cook named Gangu. He betrayed them and handed them over to the Nawab of Sirhind in order to usurp their cash. Sahibzada Zorawar Singh was put to death after severe torture on December 27, 1704 AD.
Sahibzada Fateh Singh: He was born on 25 February 1699 AD. He was a child of 5 years when he was torturted to death along with Sahibzada Zorawar. Singh on December 27, 1704 AD. by Wazir Khan, the Nawab of Sirhind.
